Hi and a Happy New Year
John and I wanted to thank you for helping to make our trip to Iceland such a memorable event. We really appreciated your assistance and were impressed with how well All Iceland works together with Reykavik Excursions and the hotels to make guests feel looked after and to take away the hassle of transfers. We managed to squeeze in an extra excursion to the Golden Circle on Sunday with the rescheduled flight and luckily experienced the Northern Lights at the Northern Lights Inn on the Friday night as they didn't appear for the organised trip but we enjoyed seeing more of Iceland anyway. Lovely food at NL Inn and in Reykavik - the Panorama dinner made a very special New Year's Eve. We loved Gulfoss, Geysir and the National Park as well as the experience that is swimming in the Blue Lagoon in the snow!!

Hi it's ben ....... I booked a new year trip through you to Iceland I just wanted to thank you all for making our time there one of the best city breaks we've been on and I will be telling all my friends and family about you and the fab time we had there thank you again and hope you had a happy new year

Thanks so much to all of you for making my trip to Iceland outstanding!
All of the tours were fantastic, and Valur (the driver who picked me up
at the airport and dropped me off) is a really interesting guy. I got
back yesterday, and am already planning my next trip.
You've probably already seen these sights, but I just wanted to send you a couple of photos from the trip.

Thanks for arranging the holiday for me, my mum had a great time.
Since the whale watching was canceled, I'm due a £84 refund. I was wondering when this was going to be placed in my account as i have just looked and it hasn't although its been a good few days since i have been back from the holiday.

We are back and had a really good time. Thank you for all your help.
All the hotels upgraded us apart from Grand Hotel. People were all very
helpful and friendly. The car was good too. We saw all the highlights
but cancelled whale watching as wanted another day at the Blue lagoon
instead. Also, went up the beautiful mountain near Hotel Budir on a
snow tractor!
We will contact you again for a second trip.

I have been back to work for a week now but my mind is still very much in Iceland reliving a very special weekend. Jo and Paul have been similarly affected!
I have forwarded the link to your website to interested friends and family, I think I made them suitably envious and hopefully you will have more custom. I highly recommended you and your company with very good reason, our weekend exceed all expectations.
I am very tempted to visit the island during the summer months one year to experience the contrast.

Happy New Year!
The apartment was lovely and thank you so much for the grocery shopping you
left for us. We went for a long walk and took in the amazing architecture and
views on New Year's day and hired a car and visited Geysir and Gulfloss on 2nd
Jan and the trip to Blue Lagoon was quite an experience, although the arctic
winds made it part fun, part pain when we were in the thermal pool! We
have completely fallen in love with your homeland and we're hoping to go back
soon!
Unfortunately our plans for New Year's Eve didn't go according to plan at
all though - the printedvoucher you sent me said that we were going to be picked
up from our apartment at 8.30pm, but when we got to the bus station, they told
us that the Brenna tour had left at 7.30pm! So we went back to our apartment
after wandering around the old town for an hour as it was completely deserted
:(. Luckily we saw lots of people go out at around 11 and we followed them to
the church and watched all the fireworks light up the sky at midnight. Also
the Northern Lights tour was cancelled both on 1st Jan and 2nd Jan due to bad
weather ...
