Dear Solveig, We had such a brilliant time in Iceland. As soon as we were off the plane we were whisked off by our taxi driver to see the northern lights! Thank goodness as we didn't see them again. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, all the tours were well planned, prompt and the guides were very knowledge. Everyone we encountered came across as friendly, funny and with a pride and love of Iceland. This really enhanced our experience. I also can't speak highly enough of WOW airlines! Definitely flying with them again for the safety announcement alone! From start to finish All Iceland have been quick and efficient in responding to all my questions and queries, the hotel was lovely, worth the upgrade for the spa and the view. My sister and I did an additional snowmobile tour over the glacier which was wonderful. Can't wait to return! Thanks again Regards, Jo
