We had a fantastic trip to Iceland thanks! The booking through your office was very efficient and you dealt with all our enquiries in a most helpful way. We were very impressed with the Icelandair flights. The planes were modern and comfortable with leather seats a decent distance apart - a pleasant change to the budget airlines! The shuttle bus from the airport to the city took about 45 minutes and was very efficient both ways. We met our guide Hilda for our coach tour without problem.The tour was superb taking in awesome sights and experiences, e.g. waterfalls, volcanoes, glacier and icebergs. The weather was mixed and snow led to Hilda re-arranging the itinerary to make best use of our time in light of the weather which worked well. Nothing phased her! The hotels were very adequate, staff welcoming and foodOKalthough more expensive than UK as we expected. To top everything we did see the Northern Lights on one night. The feverish activity in the middle of the night to ensure we did not miss them was great fun. Hotel staff very accommodating in helping wake us up!
