      Day 1 - Monday: Arrival
Arrival at Vágar Airport where a taxi / shuttle will wait for you and take you directly to your hotel in Tórshavn where you will spend 7 nights.

Enjoy Tórshavn at night with its charming harbor, restaurants and cafes.

Day 2 - Tuesday: Explore the Northern Islands
Today you will enjoy a full day tour to the northern islands, a cluster of small islands characterized by steep mountainsides rising up from the sea with a local guide. See the stunning views of the islands Fugloy, Svínoy, Borðoy and Kunoy. Along the way you will also visit the Christian Church in Klaksvík and the Viking settlements in Leirvík.

      Day 3 - Wednesday: Mykines
Visit to Mykines, the westernmost island of the Faroes. Mykines is known for its rich bird life, the mountains and the fantastic hike to the Mykines-islet.

Day 4 - Thursday: Sailing, bird life and whales
Today you will go on a 3-hour schooner cruise, sailing closely along the coastline of Nólsoy or Hestur to watch the cliffs rising from the sea and the chance to observe birds, seals and whales. This is truly an opportunity for some great moments in nature.

Day 5 and 6 - Friday and Saturday: Explore Tórshavn
Explore Tórshavns sights and attractions on your own. Take a stroll through Tórshavn visiting the old part of town - Tinganes and úti á Reyni, the Art Museum and the Nordic House. The capital also offers a bustling - although peaceful - city life with good variety of cafés, restaurants and interesting shopping opportunities.

Day 7 - Sunday: Discover traditions and Lifestyle at Sandoy
Experience traditional Faroese lifestyle on the unspoilt island of Sandoy. There are many exciting sights on this tour, including puffin colonies and bird cliffs.

Day 8 - Monday: Depart for home
The tour has come to an end and the taxi shuttle takes you safely to the airport for your flight home.

      CHANGE OF PROGRAM:
We reserve the right to change itineraries, routes, or timetables without prior notice should road, weather conditions or operational situations so dictate. Some tours may also be operated in reverse.

Itineraries may be subject to change at short notice during severe weather conditions and certain outdoor activities/day trips may be cancelled during the winter season in Iceland. In these rare cases, where situations of force majeure apply, excursions/activities cannot be refunded but the local guides will try their best to find reasonable alternatives where and whenever possible.
